Returns & Exchanges
Non-consumable products are eligible for return. Customers may choose a refund or store credit for these items. Please note that if the product is valued at less than $50 CAD, the purchaser is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Consumable products, including tea and other edibles, cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of consumable items are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. For assistance, please email us at sweetteasherbalshop@hotmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives with any problems, please contact us at sweetteasherbalshop@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery. When reaching out, please include:
· Your order number
· A clear photo of the affected item(s)
· A brief description of the issue
If the mistake is on our part, we will send out a replacement or issue store credit to make things right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
· Opened or used products
· Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery
· Products returned due to flavor preferences (we understand that taste is personal)
· Digital Content, Downloads & Courses/Classes
Refunds
Applicable refunds will be made to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
