Red Rooibos Tea - 50g

Ingredients: Organic Red Rooibos.

Naturally caffeine free.

Rooibos tea is warming, slightly sweet with light hints of honey.

Rooibos tea helps the immunity system, colic, healthy skin, bone health, and packed with antioxidants.

Tea can be drank iced or hot - 1 Tbsp per 10 oz of water for larger brews add 4 tbsps to 1L of water allow to brew 7-10 mins then add ice or refrigerate overnight.

Can be consumed 2 - 3 times daily
