Stinging nettles are great for replacing all the vitamins and minerals we lose during our cycle time, stinging nettle is an excellent source of Vitamin A (carotenes), C, E and K, calcium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, silica, iron, and zinc which during excessive stress or bleeding our body depletes faster of natural resources which can lead to getting sick and stressed much easier.
Damiana Leaf helps with menstrual cramps, muscle aches, headaches, and insomnia, and helps to boost moods and feel more relaxed.

To prepare bring 13 oz of water to a boil, add 1-2 tbsp loose leaf herb to water and allow to steep for 7-10 mins, serve with sweetener (local honey is best), lemon slices can be added if desired to change the flavor profile.
