Elderberry syrup is a great addition to any cold and flu fighting arsenal this season, take Elderberry syrup on the first onset of a cold or flu helping to decrease the duration of your virus and speeding up your recovery time.
Just add 4 cups water (distilled or spring is best) and 1 cup local raw honey
This kit was design to make about 3 cups of Elderberry syrup, just add 4 cups water plus kit contents simmer for 45mins. Remove from heat, remove from pot and strain liquid into a bowl, set berries and herbs aside add 1 cup honey to bowl stir in, store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 months
Take remaining berries and extra herbs let dry out in oven or in a dehydrate to enjoy in teas later.
Dosage: NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 1 DUE TO HONEY BEING USED.
Children 1 and over: 1/2 to 1 tsp per day
Adults: 1 - 2 Tbsp per day
